A true centrepiece of Spanish gastronomy, this Acorn-Fed 100% Ibérico Ham Kit brings the authentic experience of carving and serving Jamón Ibérico at home. Produced by Redondo Iglesias, each ham comes from pure-bred Iberian pigs raised free-range and naturally fed on acorns during the traditional montanera season, which gives the meat its distinctive depth of flavour and silky marbling.

The ham is slow-cured for up to 48 months in natural cellars in the Sierra de Candelario, allowing it to develop remarkable complexity, with rich savoury notes and a delicate, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
