How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, as well as debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo.
How does payment work?
For all gifting items—including gift baskets, flowers, and seasonal gift sets—your credit card will be charged at the time your order is confirmed. You will receive an email with your final order total, along with a full, itemized receipt.
For Epicurean Club subscriptions, your card will be charged automatically on your chosen billing cycle. Subscription billing dates will be clearly displayed at checkout and in your account dashboard.
If your credit card is expired or otherwise invalid, we will be unable to process your order or subscription renewal. We reserve the right to collect funds for any fees owed to us resulting from incorrect credit card information or over-the-limit accounts.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Gifting, Flowers & Gift Baskets
You may change, reschedule, or cancel your order any time before the order cutoff deadline indicated in your confirmation email. Deadlines may vary depending on the product and delivery date.
To avoid being charged for an order you wish to cancel, we must receive your cancellation before the cutoff.
Please note that if you make changes to an order, the price and availability of items may change.
Epicurean Club Subscriptions
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once a subscription cycle has been billed, it cannot be refunded. However, you may pause or cancel future cycles.
Can I return an item?
We take great pride in curating high-quality products, floral arrangements, and speciality gift items.
Perishable Items (Including Flowers & Fresh Food Items)
Due to the nature of these products, perishable goods and florals are not eligible for returns.
However, if any perishable item arrives damaged, compromised, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Perishable Items (Gifts, Packaged Goods, Accessories)
Non-perishable items may be returned for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.Please contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page to initiate a return.
