Welcome to Curated by Miles Market, operated by Miles Market Ltd., part of The Waterfront Group of Companies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and apply to all purchases of gifting items, flowers, gift baskets, curated goods, and Epicurean Club subscriptions.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Ordering & Payment

Placing an Order

All orders placed through this website are subject to product availability and confirmation. You will receive an email once your order has been accepted.

This includes:

  • Gift baskets & curated boxes
  • Flowers & floral arrangements
  • Seasonal gifting products
  • Epicurean Club subscriptions
Payment

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party platforms. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method.

Gifting & Flower Orders

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. Your confirmation email will include an itemised receipt.

Epicurean Club Subscriptions

Subscription charges recur automatically based on your chosen billing cycle. Billing dates will be displayed at checkout and in your customer account.

If your card is invalid, expired, or declined, we may be unable to process your order or subscription renewal.

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

Gifting, Flowers & Gift Baskets
  • Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling must be made before the order cutoff deadline, which is shown in your confirmation email.
  • Orders cancelled after the cutoff deadline may incur a 25% restocking fee for both perishable and non-perishable items (excluding taxes and fees).
  • If you modify an order, product availability and pricing may change.
Blackout Dates

During periods of high demand (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter), order availability may be limited. Any blackout dates will be communicated on the website.

Epicurean Club Subscriptions
  • You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
  • Once a billing cycle is processed, it is non-refundable, but future cycles may be paused or cancelled.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

Perishable Items (Flowers & Food Items)

Due to their nature, perishable goods cannot be returned.
If an item arrives damaged, wilted, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. A refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Perishable Items (Packaged Goods & Curation Accessories)

Non-perishable items may be returned for a refund if:

  • Returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery
  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup

Orders must be collected at the time specified in your confirmation email. We are not responsible for items left uncollected beyond a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery

If delivery is requested:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or absent recipients.

Allergens & Safety

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, products may be prepared in facilities that handle allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish.

Customers must inform us of allergies or sensitivities at the time of ordering.
Miles Market is not liable for allergic reactions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including branding, photography, product descriptions, and site design—is the property of Miles Market or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
